Cheesy Bacon Spinach Dip
This recipe is a favorite of mine and so so very simple to make. Just mix up all the ingredients and bake. Easy right? The only work you will need to do it cooking your bacon. I used leftovers from breakfast or you can use already cooked bacon from the store. You want to also make sure you lay out and thaw your spinage before you use it. I sat mine in the fridge the night before and on the counter just a few hours before I was ready to cook this. Make sure to pat out any excess water from thawing and you are ready to go!
How to Make Cheesy Bacon Spinach Dip:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a casserole dish with non stick spray and set aside. Mix all ingredients together well. Add to your prepared casserole dish tip and top with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheddar. Last bake it!
Ready to serve?
Try serving it with with crust bread, crackers, or tortilla chips.
