This recipe is a favorite of mine and so so very simple to make. I love making these dips for my parties and gatherings. You can do this in a slow cooker or a casserole dish in the oven!

How to Make Cheesy Bacon Spinach Dip:

First start by mixing all your ingredients together and then bake. This is a very simple dip to make, and it will be a hit at your next party!  Easy right? The only work you will need to do it cooking the bacon. Use my recipe for Air Fryer Bacon to cook the perfect bacon!

Ingredient Notes:

  • Cream Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Mayonnaise
  • Cheese: I used Parmesan Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, and Cheddar Cheese.
  • Bacon: That has been cooked and crumbled)
  • Frozen Spinach: That has been thawed.

Directions:

Step one: Get started reheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a casserole dish with non stick spray and set aside.

Step two: Mix al ingredients together except 1/2 cup shredded cheddar. You will want some cheese to top your dip with before you place it in the oven.

Step three: Once everything is mixed you can add to your prepared casserole dish tip and top with remaining ½ cup shredded cheddar.

Baking Directions:

Step four: Now all you need to do is place it on the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes.

Ready to serve?

Try serving it with with crust bread, crackers, or tortilla chips. This dip is also so good you could just eat it by the spoonful!

Can I make this dip in my slow cooker?

Yes, you definitely can make this in the slow cooker as well. You know I love to use my crockpot, so here is how you would do this dip in it.

Step One – Mix all your ingredients in the slow cooker. You don’t even have to use a mixing bowl!

Step Two – Cook on high for about 2 hours. About 15 minutes before being finished and serving add the other half of the cheddar cheese to the top to melt.

Ingredients 

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Grated parmesan
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella
  • 1 1/2 Shredded cheddar, (divided)
  • 2 cups Bacon, (cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 cups Frozen spinach, (thawed)

Instructions
