Dips are the best for Parties!

Warm dips are one of my favorite foods! I don’t think I’ve met a warm dip that I didn’t like. This Cheesy Spinach Dip is restaurant quality and everyone will love it!

When the ingredients are mostly cheese you know the recipe is going to be a winner! It’s the perfect dip for a party and can be served with so many different things.

It goes great with my Easy Charcuterie Board.

How to make Cheesy Spinach Dip:

Quick Directions: In a medium or large sized pan or skillet heat and melt your cream cheese, sour cream and three cheeses.

Once melted drain any excess water from the spinach and add that to the cream cheese mixture.

Stir and allow it to heat up. Add in the spices and stir until everything is mixed will and hot. Serve hot with crackers or tortilla chips.

Ingredient Notes:

  • Cream Cheese: at room temperature
  • Sour Cream
  • Cheese: shredded parmesan cheese, shredded pepper jack cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Spinach: I used thawed frozen chopped spinach
  • Seasoning: garlic, salt, and pepper

Tips for Spinach Dip:

  1. Draining the spinach is essential to this recipe. Squeeze the excess water out of your frozen spinach. You could also use a colander and squeeze the spinach with your hands through that. The excess water will not cook off once you add it to the cream cheese mixture.
  2. Use whatever cheese you want, but Mozzarella and Parmesan are my favorites to use. I use the Pepper Jack to just give it a little extra flavor.
  3. Make sure you cook it on a medium heat. You do not want to burn your cheese and ruin the dip.

  • Tortilla chips
  • Crackers
  • Crusty bread
  • Raw veggies
