How to make Cinnamon Honey Butter:
So yes, this recipe is cinnamon infused Honey Butter. I had to try my hand at the Texas Roadhouse recipe, and it came out perfectly!
This recipe is so easy to make, with only 5 ingredients you probably have them all at your house now. Mix your ingredients and then spread in your rolls!
Ingredient Notes:
- Butter (softened)
- Powdered Sugar
- Honey
- Ground Cinnamon
- Salt
Directions:
Step One – Place softened butter, powdered sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Tip: Make sure the butter is softened to room temperature. You want soft but not melted butter. I suggest just leaving it on the counter for an hour until soft.
Step Two – Use an electric mixer to whip ingredients together until well combined. A stand mixer or a hand mixer will work fine.
Step Three – Serve immediately or store in the fridge until time to serve.
What type of butter to use?
Grade AA Butter is the best butter that would be available to most people if you can find it in the store. A couple of brands that are great to use would be Cabot Creamery or Organic Valley butters.
Why did you add Confectioner’s Sugar to the butter?
I added Confectioner’s or powdered sugar to this Honey Butter recipe because it mixes great with butter and makes it super creamy!
