I know it’s not technically summer yet but it’s hot here in the south and we are in full summer swing.

Hanging out pool side and sipping on this Cherry Limeade is how I plan to spend most of my summer days.

This drink is so refreshing and mimic’s a the classic Sonic specialty drink! This super simple drink to make will make any summer day cool and refreshing!

Ingredients for the Cherry Limeade

What I used to Make a Cherry Limeade:

How to make Cherry Limeade:

Pour Sprite over crushed ice. Next add in your maraschino syrup and the juice from 1 lime wedge (1/4 of a lime).
Mix with your straw.

Top with another lime wedge and cherries. I love the cherries and add extra to mine.

Make it your own:

Once you have your drink mixed as more limes or cherries as desired.

I love adding more cherries, it’s like a gift at the bottom of the cup!

Whether on your porch or by the pool, enjoy this creation!

Make a larger portion of this recipe:

You can make this in a bulk size if you would like as well!

Grab a 2 Liter, use 4 tablespoons of the syrup, and add as many limes and cherries as you would like!

Can you make this ahead of time?

Yes, this drink can be made ahead of time! It is best drank right away, but within 24 hours is the best!

It can be stored for the max 2-3 days. Please remember that the soda will lose it’s carbonation the longer it sits.
