I loved this Slow Cooker Sausage Chicken and Peppers when she made it because it was such a versatile meal. Just toss everything in the slow cooker then everyone can pick how they would like to eat it, it was perfect for a crowd. If you aren’t feeding a crowd is also perfect for leftovers. Make it once and get a few different meals out of it. Option 1, slice it up and serve in a hoagie. You can top it with cheese and broil before serving. (use a slotted spoon when serving to your bread does not get soggy) 2. Serve over rice or even 3. serve over pasta. You could even skip the carbs altogether and eat it as is! So many different options. This recipe can easily be doubled to ensure you have lots of leftovers.
