How to make these Italian Beef Sandwiches:
This is one of those easy slow cooker dinners that always feels like more effort than it actually is. The beef is tender, flavorful, and perfect for easy sandwiches the whole family will love.
Place the roast in the slow cooker. Add the onions and pepperoncini to the slow cooker. Mix together broth and seasonings together. Pour that over the roast in the slow cooker. Allow the roast to cook for 8 hours. Serve on Hoagie Buns and enjoy!

Directions:
Step One – Add chuck roast to your slow cooker with sliced onion and sliced pepperoncini pepper.

Step Two – Add beef broth to a separate bowl and add in all seasonings. Whisk together then pour over ingredients in your slow cooker.

Step Three – Cook on low for 8 hours until beef is tender and cooked through. Shred and serve on hoagie buns.

- 0.6 oz zesty Italian seasoning, (1 packet)

- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Hoagie buns for serving
