If you’re looking for an easy dinner that feels a little special but requires very little hands-on work, this Slow Cooker Pork Loin is the perfect recipe. The pork cooks low and slow until it’s tender and juicy, while simple seasonings and a savory sauce add plenty of flavor.
Whether you’re planning Sunday dinner or just need an easy weeknight meal, this Slow Cooker Pork Loin is a simple, dependable recipe you’ll want to make again.
Why You’ll Love This Recipe
- Minimal prep – Just mix the seasonings, rub them on the pork, and let the slow cooker do the rest.
- Tender and juicy every time – Slow cooking keeps the pork tenderloin from drying out.
- Perfect for any occasion – Easy enough for a weeknight, but special enough for Sunday dinner or serving guests.

Ingredient Notes:
- Oil – I used extra virgin olive oil.
- Pork Tenderloin – I used a 1.5-2 pound pork tenderloin. This is smaller and cooks faster than a pork loin, so if you use a loin instead you’ll need to adjust the cook time.
- Pork Gravy Mix – a bit easier to use a mix than making your own gravy.
- Seasonings – A simple blend of Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder gives the pork plenty of flavor without any fuss.

Directions:
Step One – In a small bowl mix together the oil and spices.
Step Two – Place the tenderloin into the slow cooker then pour spice mixture over the meat. Rub the spice mixture over the tenderloin until coated.
Recipe Tip
I used the tenderloin in the two per pack. Depending on the size of your loin you may need to cut it to fit.

Step Three – Cook on low 4 hours or high for 2-3 hours until done. Pork is done when the center reaches 145 degrees.
Step Four – Once done remove the tenderloin from the slow cooker to rest.
Meanwhile whisk the gravy mixture into the juices in the bottom of the slow cooker and cook for 10 more minutes until thickened.
Recipe Tip
I used the pork gravy but you could use any type of gravy you like.
You will only need to reserve about 1 cup of liquid in the slow cooker for the gravy mix. If you have more liquid than that, remove some before whisking in the gravy mix.

Step Five – Slice the tenderloin and return to the slow cooker to serve.
What to serve with the Pork Loin:
Pork Loin is a great main course, but you definitely need some sides with it. I love serving potatoes or vegetables with it.

Tips for the Best Slow Cooker Pork Loin
- Use a meat thermometer. Don’t rely on cooking time alone — pork tenderloin can become dry when overcooked.
- Remove at 145°F. Take the pork out once it reaches this temperature and let it rest before slicing.
- Let it rest before slicing. This gives the juices time to redistribute.

How long does pork tenderloin take in the slow cooker?
This recipe actually works well on High. Cook time will vary depending on the size of your tenderloin and your slow cooker, so it’s important to check the internal temperature rather than going by time alone. Start checking early and remove the pork once it reaches 145°F.
