These Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes are the perfect side dish to go along with dinner.

How to make Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes:

Almost all meals and side dishes made in an air fryer are easier to make. These roasted potatoes are no different. Made in half the time as the oven, but just as crispy as if you did make them in the oven, you will love this recipe.

Slice your potatoes in half and then oil and season them. Cook them in the air fryer and when done serve them right away.

Tips for perfect Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes:

  1. Simple is better. Simple seasoning like salt and pepper and garlic powder perfectly season these potatoes.
  2. Add some cheese to the potatoes. Add some parmesan cheese at the end and you are good to go.
  3. Don’t go light with the oil. Yes, the directions call for 2 tablespoons of oil to use in mixing the seasoning. I find adding some oil to the air fryer helps the potatoes get crispier.
  4. Add some salt once they are done. Adding salt when the potatoes are done, right out of the air fryer, is the perfect finishing touch.

Can I store and reheat these roasted potatoes?

Unfortunately, this is not a side dish that stores well or reheats well. Most fried food does not reheat well, especially fried potatoes or French Fries.

Even cooking these potatoes in the air fryer, does not reheat well.

I recommend making enough for the meal, and not making any extras. Fried Potatoes generally get soft and soggy once stored in the refrigerator.
