These amazing Buffalo Chicken Tenders are full of flavor and easy to make. I started with flour, then egg wash, and bread crumbs. Once I baked them I brushed them with buffalo sauce and then dipped them in ranch.
I love food with some spicy. If it's buffalo flavor then I will be eating it. These Buffalo Chicken Tenders are so simple to make and taste amazing. I serve these for the family but half get buffalo sauce and the rest get BBQ sauce since the kids and husband can't do the spice.
I usually buy a sauce and use it when I make a small batch like this but I also gave directions on how to make homemade sauce. Just add more or less hot sauce to taste.
How to make Buffalo Chicken Tenders:
Making these Buffalo Chicken Tenders is very easy. You start by covering the tenders in flour, then dipping in the egg and milk mixture, followed by dredging them in the breadcrumbs. Place them in the baking dish. Flip the tenders halfway through the baking process. Once done cover them in the Buffalo sauce and serve with some Ranch Dressing or Blue Cheese!
- Chicken Tenders
- All-Purpose Flour
- Bread Crumbs
- Buffalo Wing Sauce
Step one: Start by preheating your oven and then prepare your baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper.
Step two: Once everything is prepared you will want to place your chicken tenders and your flour into a bowl and mix until well coated.
Step three: Next you will prepare two separate bowls. Once will have whisked egg and milk. And the second will be bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step four: Once those bowls are prepared you can dip chicken pieced into the egg wash then into the seasoned bread crumbs and place in the prepared casserole dish. Repeat with all chicken pieces.
Step five: Once all your chicken tenders are ready you can bake them for 20-25 minutes flipping halfway through or until cooked through.
Step six: When chicken is done brush them with buffalo wing sauce.
How to make your own buffalo sauce?
For this recipe, you can either grab a store-bought pre-made buffalo dip or make your own. Making your own is pretty simple and it tastes great. What you need to make your own is;
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- ½ cup hot sauce (more or less to taste)
Melt your butter and then add your sauce to taste.
