    Nothing beats Homemade Buffalo Sauce. I could top this on just about any recipe or just drink it with a straw 😉

    Homemade Buffalo Sauce is one of my favorites. It's so simple to make and it taste amazing! Buffalo Sauce is my favorite way to eat wings or top Mac n Cheese.

    Ingredients:

    • Frank's Red Hot Sauce
    • Unsalted Butter
    • Garlic Powder
    • Salt
    • Pepper

    How to make Homemade Buffalo Sauce:

    Step one: Start by melting your butter in a saucepan.

    Step two:  Once your butter is melted is just about melted you can add in your Frank's Red Hot sauce and whisk together until smooth and combined.

    • Tip: You can use your favorite brand of Hot Sauce. So choose what you love!

    Step three: Last season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Then serve and enjoy.

    FAQs:

    Is there a difference between Hot Sauce and Buffalo Sauce?

    Yes, there is a difference. Hot Sauce is basically hot peppers, salt, and vinegar. Mix hot sauce up with melted butter and that is Buffalo Sauce.

    Why do you add butter to Hot Sauce?

    Mixing butter in with hot sauce really brings out a richer taste and smoother consistency. Butter makes Buffalo Sauce what it is.
