Homemade Buffalo Sauce is one of my favorites. It’s so simple to make and it taste amazing! Buffalo Sauce is my favorite way to eat wings or top Mac n Cheese.

Ingredients:

  • Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make Homemade Buffalo Sauce:

Step one: Start by melting your butter in a saucepan.

Step two:  Once your butter is melted is just about melted you can add in your Frank’s Red Hot sauce and whisk together until smooth and combined.

  • Tip: You can use your favorite brand of Hot Sauce. So choose what you love!

Step three: Last season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Then serve and enjoy.

Is there a difference between Hot Sauce and Buffalo Sauce?

Yes, there is a difference. Hot Sauce is basically hot peppers, salt, and vinegar. Mix hot sauce up with melted butter and that is Buffalo Sauce.
