My kids LOVE this Chicken Alfredo Casserole. Made with a simple homemade Alfredo sauce and tossed in pasta with chicken. Bake and serve with your favorite vegetable or salad.
How to make Chicken Alfredo Casserole:
Step one: Get started with preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Then prepare a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Step two: You want to prepare pasta according to the package directions. Once it’s done then you can drain and set aside.
Making Alfredo Sauce:
Step three: To prepare your sauce start by melting butter in a saucepan over low/medium heat. Then slowly mix in heavy cream once butter is about melted
Step four: Add in garlic. Slowly add in shredded parmesan cheese. Whisking until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. Once creamy season with salt and pepper.
- Time-Saving Tip: If you don’t want to make your own you can use a jar alfredo sauce in the place of homemade.
Step five: Now add cooked pasta to your prepared casserole dish. Mix in chicken and then sauce. Mix until pasta and chicken is coated in alfredo sauce. Top with shredded mozzarella.
Baking Instructions:
Step six: Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is warm throughout.
Serving Options:
I served mine garnished with fresh diced parsley (for looks) and with a salad on the side.

Hi, I’m Jennie! Yes, I’m really a Jennie too!
Question, could I put this all together in the casserole, refrigerate, and bake later in the day without it being too dry?
Hi Jennie! First, great name!
I think you could yes but as for being dry it could end up that way. I have not tried but you can add a few pads of butter on top to help it when baking it.
