Pasta Salad Recipe:

Pasta salad is a summer staple! This time I made this an actual salad with pasta.

I used a bowtie pasta and diced chicken and tossed it with lettuce, croutons, dressing, and cheese.

It’s the perfect quick dinner or lunch recipe. I could eat it all summer long.

I’ve made other salads with pasta like my recipe for Italian Pasta Salad and BLT Pasta Salad. Try them all this summer and let me know which one is your favorite.

How to make Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad:

Step one: Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water, drain and set aside to cool.

  • Tip: For this recipe, you want to use cooled or even chilled pasta. Rinsing it with cold water will help it to not stick when cooling.

Step two: Once cooled add pasta to a large mixing bowl. Slice chicken and add it to the bowl with the remaining ingredients. Serve and enjoy.

  • Tip: This recipe is perfect for leftover chicken.
