Chicken fajitas are a staple in my house. My entire family loves them and I love finding new ways to make them. These Chicken Fajita Bubble Up Bake are so simple to make and has all the flavors we love but with a fun twist.

How to make Chicken Fajita Bubble Up Bake:

Step one: Get started by preheating your oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Step two: Next dice each of your biscuits into quarters and place them in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning and toss to coat.

Step three: Next heat oil on a skillet and add in your diced bell peppers and onions. Cook until tender then remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step four: Then dice your chicken into bitesize pieces. In the same skillet add diced chicken and cook until it's cooked through and at a safe temperature.

Step five: To finish up just add the remaining taco seasoning along with water to the skillet with your chicken. Allow simmering until the sauce thickens.

Step six: Mix peppers and onions back into your skillet with other ingredients. Add this to the bottom of your casserole dish.
