These Cinnamon Roasted Almonds are so simple to make and are the perfect treat.

Nothing beats a sweet and salty snack. These Cinnamon Roasted Almonds are one of my favorites! I love putting it out for parties with appetizers. 

How to make Cinnamon Roasted Almonds:

Step one:  Get started by preheating your oven to 250 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

Step two: Next lightly beat your egg white. Add water and continue to beat until frothy.

Step three: Add nuts to a large mixing bowl with egg whites and mix until well coated. Add in sugar, salt, and ground cinnamon. Toss to coat then spread out on your prepared baking sheet.

Step four: Bake for 1 hour stirring every 20 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling then serve.

Other Flavors:

You can change up the seasoning to make these almonds in several different ways. Here are a few that we tried and loved.

  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon cold water
  • 4 cups whole almonds
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  1. I jumped into this and mixed all the ingredients before reading.
    I coated the almonds and baked following the recipe. They turned out great but with a divinity like coating.
    It was easy! I’ll definitely use this recipe again.
