Easy Beef Enchiladas in the casserole dish

I love this simple dinner recipe. You only need 5 simple ingredients for these Easy Beef Enchiladas.

How to make Easy Beef Enchiladas:

Step one: Get started by preheating your oven to 375°F. Then prepare a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

    • Tip: I used a 3-qt casserole dish for this recipe.

Step two: Next cook and crumble your ground beef until it's cooked through. Then drain the ground beef then add in ½ cup of the enchilada sauce and green chiles to your skillet

Step three: Now pour  ½ cup of the enchilada sauce to the bottom of your prepared baking dish.

Step four: Prepare your enchilada by placing a spoonful or two of the beef mixture and shredded cheese, making sure to save some cheese for later, down the center of a flour tortilla. Roll the filled tortilla tightly and then place it in your baking dish. Do this with each flour tortilla.

    • Tip: To keep your enchiladas from opening make sure that once rolled you place them in the casserole dish seam down.
