Roast Beef Italian Sliders in a casserole dish

I love sliders! They make the best appetizer or part food but they also work for an easy lunch or dinner. I served these for a fun weekend lunch before we headed out to run errands. Filling your belly before grocery shopping is a must!

I made a mayo full of flavor and topped it all off with butter and parmesan. After you try these sliders make sure to check out my other favorite, Easy Italian Sliders.

How to make Roast Beef Italian Sliders:

Step one: Preheat your oven and then prepare a casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Step two: Cut sweet rolls in half and lay the bottom half in the prepared casserole dish. Add roast beef, cheese, and banana peppers.
