Dinner doesn't always have to be a long list on ingredients and hours in the kitchen. Sometimes butter, garlic, and grated Parmesan all mixed in with spaghetti will do the trick!

5 Ingredient Parmesan Garlic Spaghetti Ingredients:

    • Spaghetti
    • Butter
    • Garlic
    • Dried basil
    • Parmesan

How to make 5 Ingredient Parmesan Garlic Spaghetti:

Step one: Start by cooking the spaghetti according to package direction and set aside.

    • Tip: You can use any pasta you enjoy for this recipe.

adding butter then garlic to a pot

Step two: Next in a medium pot melt butter and then add and sauté garlic Whisking until butter has started to become golden brown. Add basil and continue to whisk.

    • Tip: Wait until your butter is melted before you add in the garlic. Garlic can burn quickly so it really only needs 30-40 seconds to sauté.

adding spaghetti and Parmesan cheese to noodles

Step three: Last add in your cooked spaghetti to your pot and toss until coated. Add grated parmesan cheese and toss until coated. Then serve and enjoy. I like adding fresh diced parsley for garnish.
