This simple recipe is a favorite with my kids. It’s easy to make and I get my kids to eat veggies. I can’t ask for much more than that.

How to make Ground Turkey and Rice Stuffed Peppers:

Step one: Start by preparing your rice to the package directions and set aside.

  • Tip: For this recipe, I used instant rice to save time. Since you are preparing it ahead of time you can use any rice but it will change the prep time listed in the recipe card.

Step two: Next go ahead and preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Step three: In a skillet cook and crumble ground turkey. Drain fat as needed.

  1. Iโ€™ve been using ground turkey for years. I personally donโ€™t like the taste of ground beef. Turkey will take the flavor of any seasoning you add and it is much lighter than beef. These meatballs look fantastic. Whenever Iโ€™m making spaghetti my guys always want meatballs. Pinning!
