These Chicken Caesar Wraps are a great lunch and really easy to make. Crisp Lettuce and Chicken mixed with creamy Caesar dressing wrapped in a tortilla.

These Chicken Caesar Wraps are a great lunch option. Imagine all the best things of a Chicken Caesar Salad all wrapped up! These are really easy to make and everyone will love them.
How to make a Chicken Caesar Wrap:
Start by making your Chicken Caesar salad. Place your chicken, lettuce, Parmesan cheese, croutons and salt and pepper into a large mixing bowl.
Pour in the Caesar dressing and gently toss the ingredients with the dressing. Once everything is mixed together, prepare your wraps.
Put the salad in the center of each wrap and follow the directions to folding the wrap. Cut the wrap in half and enjoy!

Ingredient Notes:
- Chicken Breast – Use already cooked chicken like my All-Purpose Slow Cooker Chicken.
- Romaine lettuce – Chopped into small pieces.
- Caesar Salad Dressing – Use your favorite brand. This is my favorite salad dressing.
- Parmesan Cheese – fresh shredded cheese is the best, but you can use a store-bought bag of parmesan cheese.
- Croutons – crushed a little to make them easier to wrap and eat.
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Burrito Tortillas – I used the 10-inch flour tortillas.

Directions:
Step One – Add the chicken, lettuce, salad dressing, cheese, salt and pepper to a bowl.

Step Two – Slightly crush the croutons and add them to the bowl as well.

Step Three – Toss ingredients together until well mixed.

Step Four – Add 1 ¼ cups of the salad mixture to a tortilla. Fold in the sides of the tortilla then roll closed. You can use a toothpick to secure the wrap.

How to fold a wrap:
Follow these steps to fold the wrap best:
Step One – Scoop ingredients onto the tortilla. Arrange the scoop near the center of the wrap.
Step Two – Fold up and in the left and right sides of the wrap.
Step Three – Fold the bottom up to the middle and tuck in a little.
Step Four – After tucking the bottom in the middle, roll the rest of the wrap tight.

Step Five – Cut in half and enjoy!

Tips for making a good Chicken Ceasar Wrap:
- I used grilled chicken breast for this recipe, but you could use any leftover chicken you would like. Use my All-Purpose Chicken Recipe if you need.
- Use your favorite brand of Ceasar Salad Dressing for this recipe. I used the Ken’s Steakhouse Creamy Caesar for this recipe.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan Cheese for the best taste, but you can also use a store-bought bag.

How long do these wraps last?
Typically, you want to serve and eat this right away. If you do have leftovers, individually wrap each leftover wrap in plastic wrap and then store in the refrigerator.
They will last about 2 days, before the wraps and lettuce start getting soggy.

Try some of my other favorite Wraps:
Buffalo Chicken Wraps – These Buffalo Chicken Wraps are loaded with flavor and heat. Buffalo sauce with juicy chicken and crunchy veggies in every bite. These wraps will be the perfect lunch.
Greef Beef Lettuce Wraps – These Ground Beef Lettuce Wraps are so flavorful served in a crisp lettuce leaf to eat with your hands. Cooked beef with wonderful Asian spices topped with crunchy carrots, green onions, and peanuts this is a recipe you will love!
Slow Cooker Asian Chicken Wraps – Simple Slow Cooker Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps that can be dumped into the slow cooker until they are ready to serve. Made with teriyaki sauce and cashews it’s a favorite in my house.
