This recipe is a favorite with my family. Creamy chicken and broccoli topped with cheese and stuffing. This classic comfort food dish is so hearty and creamy everyone will love it.

How to make Chicken Stuffing Casserole:

This recipe does take a little bit of time to prepare. You need to cook your stuffing according to the box directions. Dice and cube your chicken into small bites, and then cook on a skillet until done.

Once the chicken is cooked mix it together with the broccoli, milk, and soup. Then pour and spread it out in your casserole dish. Top with the cheese, then top with the stuffing and bake.

    Ingredients:

    • Chicken Stuffing
    • Chicken Breasts (boneless and skinless)
    • Broccoli (frozen)
    • Milk
    • Cream of Chicken Soup
    • Salt and Pepper
    • Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)

    Directions:

Step one: Start by cooking your stuffing according to package directions and set aside.

Step two: Then preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

    • Tip: I used a 2-quart casserole dish.

Step three: To prepare your chicken dice your chicken into bite-size pieces and place it in a large skillet. Cook on medium/high heat until cooked through.
