A few years ago, my husband’s boss brought this dip into work for a special event. He loved it so much he asked me to re-create it for us.

This may have been the best and worst decision of my life because oh my, this stuff, I could eat the entire thing by myself. It’s so good and easy to make.

You only need three simple ingredients, and you have your next party dip. I actually made this for this year’s Super Bowl party.

How to make Sausage Cream Cheese Dip:

This dip is so easy to make, and so tasty! All you need to do is cook your sausage, then drain it.

Once it’s cooked add in your cream cheese and Rotel.

Heat those up so the cream cheese is fully melted, and everything is nice and hot! Serve with tortilla chips.

Ingredient Notes:

  • Sausage: ground sausage.
  • Rotel: canned tomatoes and green chilies.
  • Cream Cheese

This recipe is perfect for the Super Bowl, but I serve this recipe at just about any party we have now.

Everyone loves it and with three simple ingredients it makes the party prep so easy on me.

Step Three – Add Rotel tomatoes and allow to cook on low until cream cheese is melted and creamy. I served with tortilla chips for dipping.

Should I drain the Rotel:

On this recipe I did not drain the Ro-tel. It helps make the dip creamy!

Of course, you can drain if you want a thicker dip, but it will not be as easy to dip.

Can I make this recipe in my slow cooker?

You know I love using my slow cooker, and of course I have this recipe in my slow cooker as well.

Why this recipe is so good!

This recipe is my go-to dip to make for any party and gathering I have or go to. I can bring this to any gathering as well, by making it in my crock pot.

You may be wondering how can a recipe with only 3 ingredients be so good? Well, this dip is so full of flavor.

The sausage and Rotel is cooled down with the cream cheese and it is really the best dip ever!
