How to make Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles:
As with almost all of my slow cooker recipes, this one is very easy to make. Put all your ingredients except the noodles in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours. 10 minutes before you are ready to serve the dinner, add your noodles to the slow cooker. Once the noodles are cooked and tender, serve the dinner. Enjoy!

Ingredient Notes:
- Stew Beef – Choose well-marbled stew meat or chuck roast for the most tender results after slow cooking.
- Au Jus – Adds flavor to the beef.
- Brown Gravy Mix
- Onion Soup Mix – Adds rich, savory flavor and helps season the dish without extra effort.
- Beef Broth – Use low-sodium broth to control the salt level and avoid overly salty gravy.
- Water
- Egg Noodles – Add noodles toward the end of cooking so they don’t become mushy.

Directions:
Step One – Add the stew beef to the slow cooker and season with the au jus mix, brown gravy mix, and onion soup mix.
Step Two – Pour in the broth and water into your slow cooker.

Step Three – Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or until the beef is tender.

Step Four – About 10 minutes before serving, stir in the uncooked egg noodles, making sure they are fully covered by the liquid.
Recipe Tip
Make sure the egg noodles are not cooked. They will cook in the slow cooker.

Step Five – Once the noodles are tender, stir, serve warm, and enjoy.
