Another week, another weekly meal plan all ready for you! I’ve put together 7 easy and family-friendly dinners that will help you get through the week without stressing over what’s for dinner. From cozy soups to quick weeknight wins, these recipes are all kid-approved and perfect for busy nights.

Here’s what’s on the menu this week:

The Menu:

Monday: Chicken Stir Fry that is made in less than 30 minutes. It’s quick and easy and perfect for a busy Monday.

Tuesday: Pumpkin pasta is a simple homemade Alfredo but with a fall twist. I’m adding pumpkin and nutmeg and trust me when I tell you this is the best fall recipe you will make all year.

Wednesday: Chicken Dumpling Soup is so warm and cozy and I made homemade dumplings for this one. They are really simple and took me about 30 seconds to mix up!

Thursday: Slow Cooker Tomato Soup is on the menu today and we are serving it with a side of grilled cheese. This is obviously my kids favorite dinner this week.
Friday: Taco Pizza is the perfect twist on the classic Friday pizza night. This is so simple to make and it taste so good!

Saturday: This Garlic Parmesan Pasta is a new to the blog recipe and it’s made in 30 minutes and all in 1 skillet.
Sunday: We are making Slow Cooker Ribs and I’m serving them with salad and coleslaw.
