Ingredient Notes:

  • Baby Carrots – Fresh baby carrots provide the best flavor and texture, but whole carrots can also be used.
  • Oil – Olive oil helps the carrots roast evenly and develop a slightly crispy exterior.
  • Ranch Seasoning – Use your favorite store-bought ranch seasoning or homemade ranch mix for the best flavor.

How to Roast Carrots in the Oven:

Roasting vegetables in the oven is an easy way to cook your veggies.

Any way you cook veggies you will lose some of their nutrients, but do not be afraid of the high heat that is used in roasting vegetables.

You will still be able to enjoy these carrots roasted!
