The Menu:
This week is filled with comfort foods that are all easy to make. Starting with a family favorite that my kids ask for all the time ending with a slow cooker recipe that is perfect for a busy weekend. These dinners are easy, family-friendly, and budget friendly! I hope you enjoy them all.
Monday: Beef and Macaroni Soup is a classic and really simple. If you want a side I would serve it with a salad or cornbread.
Tuesday: Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole is done in 30 minutes or less and perfect served with steamed broccoli or your favorite frozen veggie you can easily warm up.
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Spaghetti you can make this with any pasta but my kids love spaghetti with this simple homemade sauce. I usually serve this with a bag of salad for something super simple.
Thursday: Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole is so creamy and cheesy and simple to make. This is another one that is easy to serve with some frozen or canned veggies when you need something quick. Steamed broccoli is a favorite of ours with this dinner.
Friday: Pizza Sliders are a Friday night favorite with my family. They are so simple to make when you are really tired by the end of the week. I serve them with a salad and chips.
Saturday: Rotisserie Chicken Tacos are my favorites for the weekend because you can grab a chicken while you are out and it’s just 10 minutes of prep after that!
Sunday: Slow Cooker Orange Chicken is the perfect Sunday recipe. It’s so easy to toss into the slow cooker and served with rice and steamed veggies.
