How to make Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sliders :
Step one: I started with the seasoning. Use a small mixing bowl and mix together brown sugar, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub your boneless pork shoulder with the seasonings.
Step two: Next add 1/2 cup broth to the bottom of your slow cooker and then place in your seasoned pork. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until pork is tender and falling apart. Mine took closer to 10 hours and it came out perfect.
Step three: Once your pork is fully cooked then shred it and add in your favorite bbq sauce and mix well. Serving size will depend on how much meat you put on each slider but we got 20 good size sliders from this recipe.
I served this with a baked potato and salad. Here are a few more of my favorite side dish recipes to serve with these sliders.
