  • 8 oz Cream cheese, (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips, 1 cup

Instructions
