I can’t find Ground Chicken:

I know finding ground chicken can be difficult for people like me who live in a small town with just 1-2 grocery store options. I tested this recipe with both ground chicken and then ground turkey. While I love the flavor the chicken gives this the turkey also taste amazing and can be easily substituted.

Serving options:

Here are a few of my favorite recipes to serve this dinner recipe with.

  • Slow Cooker Parmesan Garlic Potatoes: My favorite way to make potatoes in the slow cooker. I used baby potatoes sliced in half and they come out perfectly.
  • Roasted Vegetables: I roasted a medley of different veggies that are seasoned perfectly.
  • Classic Coleslaw: This simple recipe for coleslaw is the perfect side to help with the heat and spice from this recipe.

  1. I have had a lot of success grinding my own chicken. I just pulse it in the food processor until itโ€™s the consistency Iโ€™m after. I make chicken burgers that way a lot. Thanks for the great recipe! Great weeknight dinner ๐Ÿ™‚
