This simple Butter Parmesan Pasta is a favorite with the kids! With just a few ingredients it’s easy to make and a winner with everyone.
Feeding kids can be hard sometimes. My kids love something I cook and then the next time hates it. They only want food on a certain color plate with a matching color fork and let’s not even get started on the cup request. If you have kids to feed I’m sure you are feeling my pain right now. Mealtime is much easier when I am serving the kids something they love. This Butter Parmesan Pasta is one of my kids favorite. I made this when Chad and I went out of town so Nana would have a simple meal for them and even she loved it!
How to make Butter Parmesan Pasta:
Step one: Cook elbow macaroni according to directions then drain and return to pot over low heat.
Step two: To your pasta add in butter, corn, and peas.
Step three: Cook on low until butter is melted.
Step four: Add grated parmesan cheese and mix until everything is coated.
That’s it! Now it’s just time to serve and enjoy!
Can I use frozen veggies:
For this recipe I used canned but frozen can be used also. Just prepare and drain first before adding them to the pasta.
Here are a few more of my kid’s favorite recipes:
