Here’s your weekly menu, filled with easy, family-friendly recipe you can pull together on even the busiest days! I love planning everything out ahead of time so when dinner time comes around it doesn’t feel like a guessing game.

This week we have a little bit of everything, from soups and casseroles to breakfast for dinner (my kids favorite). These are meals my family actually eats, and they’re all great for busy weeknights when you want something warm and filling.

The Menu:
If you’re looking for simple dinners with big flavor, then you are in the right place. Let’s get started with one of my favorites.

A hearty and cozy soup that is loaded with veggies and ground beef. It’s so warm and filling and the perfect way to start the week. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.

Tuesday: Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Spaghetti
This easy slow cooker dinner it one that always make’s itself! You just need 10 minutes before serving to cook and add in the pasta. I use spaghetti but really any pasta would work for this recipe. It’s creamy, comforting, and always a hit with my kids. Serve with garlic bread, salad, or green beans.

A family favorite, yes even my kids like meatloaf and I personally think this is the best recipe! Simple, flavorful, and the perfect mid-week comfort meal. Plus the leftovers are great for work the next day. We love serving this with green beans and mashed potatoes.

Sweet and savory plus it’s so easy to make. This one is a favorite with my family that we love to serve with rice and steamed Asian medley veggies.

A fun twist on pizza night (my favorite) and this one has all the classic taco flavors you love but piled onto a pizza crust. Easy, kid-approved, and perfect for a Friday night.

We love doing breakfast for dinner, it’s so easy and one my kids always will eat! Simple to prep and then baked in the oven, this casserole is one that will have everyone going back for seconds.

Sunday: Slow Cooker Potato Soup
A copy slow cooker soup that cooked low and slow all day long it the perfect weekend dinner. Creamy comforting, and perfect served with bacon, cheese, and chives for topping!
