These Slow Cooker Steak Fajitas are made with just 5 simple ingredients and slow cooked all day. Fork tender and full of flavor, make sure these are on your menu this week.

Slow Cooker Steak Fajitas

This has to be one of my husbands’ favorite meals. He grew up calling this make your own burrito night. His mom would cook up the meat and then the kids could load up on whatever toppings they wanted. My kids love it just as much. I think they have more fun piling high the cheese and being able to create there own. I love them because they are so simple to make. Less time in the kitchen just means more time with my family. I tossed these in the slow cooker early so they could cook all day and they are falling apart tender and taste amazing. If you love slow cooker recipes as much as I do then check out more of my favorites next:

Instructions:

Serving Ideas:

You can eat these Slow Cooker Steak Fajitas in several different ways. I served mine on a soft tortilla with fresh cilantro, shredded cheese, and sour cream. You could skip the tortilla and serve it as a salad or over rice with diced avocados.

      1. Hi Michelle, for this recipe I like using a nice thin steak like a flank steak so it cooked through and is tender.
