Slow Cooker Steak Fajitas
This has to me one of my husbands favorite meals. He grew up calling this make your own burrito night. His mom would cook up the meat and then the kids could load up on whatever toppings they wanted. My kids love it just as much. I think the have more fun piling high the cheese and being able to create there own. I love them because they are so simple to make. Less time in the kitchen just means more time with my family. I tossed these in the slow cooker early so they could cook all day and they are fall apart tender and taste amazing.
