Happy Meal Plan Monday! It’s time for another week of yummy dinner ideas that your family will love.

If you are looking for dinner recipes that are simple to make, works with a budget, and ones your family will all enjoy, then you came to the right place. This week we have cozy soups, comforting casseroles, and of course easy slow cooker recipes you can prep in the morning.

The Menu:
Now it’s time to get into the menu. All these recipes are ones my family loves and I think you will also.

Monday: We are staring the week with Chicken Taco Soup. The perfect soup recipe , it’s flavorful, it’s cozy, and it’s simple to make.

Tuesday: This Chicken and Rice Queso Casserole is a favorite with my family. A creamy and cheesy rice base topped with season chicken, cheeses, and all baked in the oven.

Wednesday: Is Baked Meatballs with spaghetti but you can serve the as is or with your favorite pasta.

Thursday: The ultimate slow cooker comfort food. This Slow Cooker Mississippi Pot Roast is s true classic. We love to serve this with mashed potatoes.

Friday: We are serving up a cozy chili recipe. I am making this No-Bean Chili recipe. If you like beans in your chili you can make this fall favorite Pumpkin Chili or my husband favorite Pulled Pork Chili.

Saturday: We are making baked potatoes and serving them with the leftover chili from Friday night. I have several ways to make baked potatoes here so pick your method below and enjoy!

Sunday: Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Meatballs will be cooking for us and we will serve them with other snack type foods for football Sunday. If you don’t care for that you can serve them over rice with a side of green beans.
